Section 2: Definitions

The Himachal Pradesh Forest (Sale of Timbar) Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 18 of 1968

(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh; and

(b) "State Government" means the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

(2) Words and expressions used, but not defined, in this Act and defined in the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (16 of 1927), shall have the meanings,
