Section 14: Power to remove difficulties

The Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2019State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 13 of 2019

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, make provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
