Section 16: Repeal and savings

The Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2019State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 13 of 2019

(1) The Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2006 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action taken or anything done under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
