Section 19: Annual Report

The Himachal Pradesh Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Samvardhan Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2019

(1) The Aayog shall prepare, in such form for each financial year as may be prescribed, its annual report, giving full account of its activities during the previous financial year and forward a copy thereof to the Government.

(2) Upon receipt of a report made under section 18, the Government may take such action thereon, as it may consider appropriate.
