Section 21: Directions from the Government

The Himachal Pradesh Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Samvardhan Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2019

(1) In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Aayog shall be guided by such directions on the question of policy as may be given by the Government.

(2) If any dispute arises between the Government and the Aayog as to whether a question is or is not a question of policy, the decision of the Government shall be final.
