Section 4: Terms and conditions of appointment of non-official members

The Himachal Pradesh Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Samvardhan Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2019

(1) A non-official member of the Aayog shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment.

5 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH GAUVANSH SANRAKSHAN AND SAMVARDHAN ACT, 2018

(2) The terms and conditions of service of non-official members shall be such, as may be prescribed.
