Section 16: Period for lodging claims and objections

The H.P. Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994-(English version)State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 1994

Every claim for the inclusion of name in the electoral roll and every objection to an entry therein shall be lodged within a period of 10 days from the date of draft publication of the electoral roll in draft under rule 15, or within such period as may be fixed by the State Election Commission in this behalf.
