The papers relating to election of member of Gram Panchayat, Pradhan. Up-Pradhan and member of 41 Panchayat Samiti shall be kept in the office of Block Development and Panchayat Officer under safe custody and election papers relating to the election of Members of Zila Parishad shall be kept in the Office of District Election Officer (Panchayati) in the safe custody.
