In matters involving a question of title or right under the personal law of the party, the Gram Panchayat shall make only a summary enquiry and shall not enter into intricate question of title based on civil and personal laws. In case of any 26 doubt or difficulty it may make reference to Sub-Divisional Officer(Civil) having jurisdiction and may act hereafter according to his directions.
