Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), the registering authority shall not accept for registration any deed of alienation of immovable property belonging to any Hindu Public Religious Institution and a Charitable Endowment unless a certified copy of the order made under section 12 sanctioning such alienation is filed alongwith the deed.
