Section 31: Power to remove difficulties

The Himachal Pradesh Hindu Public Religious Institution and Charitable Endowments Act, 1984State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 18 of 1984

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act as appear to it necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of period of two years from commencement of the Act.
