Section 41: Recovery of compensation or costs or other sums payable under this Act

The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 1971

Compensation under section 23 or costs under section 40 or any other sums payable under this Act shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
