Section 52: Delegation of Powers

The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 1971

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to any officer or authority any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act to be exercised subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the notification.

(2) The Director of Consolidation, the Consolidation Officer or the Settlement Officer (Consolidation) may, with the sanction of the State Government delegate any of his powers or functions under this Act to any person in the service of the State Government.
