Section 52: Corrupt practices entailing disqualification

The Himachal Pradesh Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1980

The corrupt practices specified in Schedule-II shall entail disqualification for membership of the Council for a period of five years counting from the date on which the finding of the prescribed authority as to such practice has been given:

Provided that the Government may, for reasons to be recorded, remove the disqualification or reduce the period thereof.
