Section 8: Resignation

The Himachal Pradesh Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1980

Any member may at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the chairman and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Council:

Provided that the chairman may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Government and his resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Government.
