Section 16: Execution of contract

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

Every contract shall be signed on behalf of the Authority by the Chief Executive Officer or by any other officer authorized by the Authority, by a special or general order:

Provided that no contract shall be signed by any officer unless the contents of the contract are approved by the Authority.
