Section 34: Recovery of arrears as land revenue

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

Where any person makes any default in the payment of any sum due to the Authority under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, which is not paid on demand on the date on which it becomes due or on the day fixed by the Authority, shall be recovered from him, as arrears of land revenue.
