Section 7: Remuneration and allowance to the Chairman, the Vice- Chairman and the non-official members

The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 2004

(1) The Chairman and the Vice- Chairman shall be paid such remuneration and allowances, as may be prescribed.

(2) Every non-official member shall receive such allowances, as may be prescribed.

(3) The remuneration and allowance to the Chairman, the Vice- Chairman or non-official members, as the case may be, shall be paid from the fund of the Authority.
