Section 15: The Chief Finance and Accounts Officers

The IEC (India Education Centre) University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 11 of 2012

(1) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the statutes.

(2) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified by the statutes.
