Section 12: The Executive Council

The Jaypee University of Information Technology Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 2002

(1) The Executive Council shall be the executive body of the University and its powers and functions, the constitution and the terms of the office of its members, other than ex-officio members, shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) The Executive Council shall be responsible for the general management and administration of the University.
