Section 20: Accounts and Audit

The Jaypee University of Information Technology Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 2002

(1) The accounts of the University shall, once at least in every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months be audited by the Chartered Accountants of the University.

(2) A copy of the accounts when audited, together with the audit report shall be submitted by the Registrar to the Governing Council.
