Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 8 of 1966

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966.

(2) It extends3 to the whole of the 4[areas as comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966].

(3) It shall come into force on such date5 as the 6[Government of Himachal Pradesh] may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
