Section 16: Preparation and submission of programme

The Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 8 of 1966

Every year, on such date as may be fixed by the 1[Government of Himachal Pradesh] the Board shall prepare and forward in advance to the 2[Government of Himachal Pradesh] a programme of work for the ensuing year showing-

(a) the particulars of the schemes which the Board proposes to execute, whether in part or whole, during such year;

(b) the particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during that year for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act ; and

(c) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
