Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

the Himachal Pradesh Land Development Act, 1973State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1973

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Land Development Act, 1973.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification2 in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
