Section 1: Title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 6 of 1954

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1[1954].

(2) It extends to 2[the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966.]

(3) It shall come into force on such day3 as the State Government may, by notification, appointed in this behalf.
