Section 114: Cost of erection and repair of survey-marks

The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 6 of 1954

(1) Subject to any rules which the Financial Commissioner may make in this behalf, surveymarks shall be erected or repaired at the cost of the State Government..

(2) During the marking or special revision of record-of-rights, the Settlement Officer shall get the survey-mark erected, and thereafter it shall be the duty of the Collector of the District to maintain the survey-mark in good condition.]
