Section 22: Mode of service of notice, order or proclamation, or copy thereof

The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 6 of 1954

A notice, order or proclamation or copy of any such document, issued by a Revenue Officer for service on any person shall be served in the manner provided in the last foregoing section for the service of a summons.

1. The words “or (c) an adult male member of his family usually resident with him,” deleted vide H.P. Act No. 21 of 1976.

2. Proviso added vide H.P. Act No. 15 of 2000.
