Section 96: Application to set aside sale

5[(1) At any time within thirty days from the date of the sale, application may be made to the Commissioner 6[XXXXXXXXXXXX] to set aside the sale on the ground of some material irregularity or mistake in publishing or conducting it].

(2) But a sale shall not be set aside on that ground unless the applicant proves to the satisfaction of the Commissioner 1[XXXXXXX] that he has sustained substantial injury by reason of the irregularity or mistake.
