Section 1: Short title and Commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly 2[(Allowances and Pension] of Members) Act, 1971.

3[(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 25th January, 1971 but section 4-A shall be deemed to have come in to force on the 1st July, 1963].
