Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries Act, 1971State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 4 of 1971

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries Act, 1971.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 25th January, 1971 but section 5 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of February, 1970.
