Section 2: Definitions

Himachal Pradesh Lokayukta (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 2015

(1) In these Rules, ‘Act’ means the Himachal Pradesh Lokayukta Act, 2014 (Act No.23 of 2015).

(2) For the purpose of these Rules, the word “family” shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the ‘High Court Judges’ Travelling Allowance Rules, 1956.
