(1) Following persons shall be eligible to getSammanRashi for their life time,-
(a) LoktantraPrahri; and
(b) spouse of deceased LoktantraPrahri
(2) The spouse of the deceased LoktantraPrahri shall also be eligible for full specifiedSammanRashi.
