Section 45: Repeal of Ordinance No. 1 of 2010 and savings

The Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2010State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 22 of 2010

(1) The Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Establishment and Regulation) Ordinance, 2010 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
