Section 12: Application on behalf of incapacitated applicant

The Himachal Pradesh Maintenance of Parents and Dependants Act, 2001State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 19 of 2001

Where an applicant is unable to make an application under this Act (whether by reason of physical or mental infirmity or for any other reason), such an application may be made on his behalf by-

(a) any member of his family ; or

(b) any person in whose care he resides ; or

(d) Maintenance Officer.
