Section 24: Filling of casual vacancies

In case there occurs any casual vacancy in any authority or body of the University, due to death, resignation or removal of a member, the same shall be filled, as early as possible, by the person or body who appoints or nominates the member whose place become

16 THE MANAV BHARTI UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2009 vacant and person appointed or nominated to a casual vacancy shall be a member of such authority or body for the residue of the term for which the person whose place he fills would have been member.
