Section 29: Court competent to try offence and take cognizance of offence

The Himachal Pradesh Medical Council Act, 2003State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2003

(1) No court other than the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate shall take cognizance of, or try any offence, under this Act.

(2) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint in writing made by an officer empowered by rules made in this behalf.
