Section 14: Repeal of the Himachal Pradesh Ordinance No. 2 of 2019 and savings

The Himachal Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Act, 2019State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 1 of 2020

(1) The Himachal Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Ordinance, 2019 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
