Section 35: Mining Plan

the Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 1957

(1) No mining lease or contract shall be granted unless there is a mining plan approved from the Competent Authority. The said mining plan shall be prepared in Form-„M‟.

(2) Modification of the approved mining plan during the operation of a mining lease also requires prior approval of the competent authority.
