Section 72: Prevention of illegal mining

the Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 1957

No person shall undertake any mining operation in any area except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of these rules.
