Section 38: Deemed validity of appointments

The Himachal Pradesh National Law University, 2016State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2016

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law or instrument having the force of law, for the time being in force, the appointments made to any post in the University in accordance with the statutes or regulations shall be deemed to be valid and in accordance with law.
