Section 7: Visitor of the University

The Himachal Pradesh National Law University, 2016State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2016

(1) The Chief Justice of India or his nominee, who shall be senior Judge of the Supreme Court, shall be the Visitor of the University.

(2) The Visitor, when present, shall preside over the convocations of the University and the meetings of the Governing Council.
