Section 9: Vice-Chancellor of the University

The Himachal Pradesh National Law University, 2016State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2016

(1) There shall be a Vice- Chancellor of the University who shall be appointed in the manner as provided under section 31.

(2) The term of the Vice-Chancellor shall be for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
