Except as otherwise provided in this Act, no order made by the Administrator or any authority in exercise of THE HIMACHAL PRADESH NEW MANDl TOWNSHIPS (DEVELOPMENT 9 AND REGULATIONS) ACT, 1973 any powers conferred by or under this Act shall be called in question in any Court.
