Section 7: Power of Administrator to stop unauthorized building operations and penalty for breach and disobedience

The Himachal Pradesh New Mandi Townships (Development and Regulation) Act 1973State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 18 of 1973

Where the erection or re-erection of a building has been commenced without sanction or is being carried on as such or in contravention of the terms of any sanction, the Administrator may, by a notice to be served on the owner, or by affixing it at the site or on the building, direct that building operations be discontinued.
