Where a case, suit or proceeding is maintainable in more than one Gram Panchayats the plaintiff or the complainant or the applicant, as the case may be, may bring the case, suit or proceeding in any one of such Gram Panchayats. Any dispute regarding jurisdiction shall be decided by the judicial Magistrate, Sub-Judge or the Collector having jurisdiction, as the case may be.
