Where any Para-veterinary institution is established or any institution opens a new or higher course of study inPara-veterinary or increases its admission capacity without the previous permission of the State Government in contravention of the provision of this Act, Para-veterinary qualification so given toany student by such Para-veterinary institution, shall not be recognized Para-veterinaryqualification for the purpose of this Act.
