Section 27: Registration of Para-veterinary establishments

The Himachal Pradesh Para-veterinary Council Act, 2010State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2011

No person shall open, keep orcarry on a Para-veterinary establishment without being registered as such under this Act and except in accordance with the terms of registration granted under this Act:

Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to a Para-veterinary establishment which is in existence on the date of commencement of this Act, for a period of six months from such date or where an application is made within that period in accordance with provisions of section 28 of this Act, till such time, the application is disposed of.
