Section 41: Alteration of State Register

The Himachal Pradesh Para-veterinary Council Act, 2010State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2011

(1) The Council may, after giving the person concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard, order that any entry in the State Register whichin the opinion of the Council, has been fraudulently or incorrectly made or brought, be cancelled or amended.

(2) The Council may direct the removal forever, or for a specified period from the State Register, the name of any registered Para-veterinary practitioner for the same reason for whichregistration may be prohibited by the Council under section 40 of this Act.

(3) The Council may direct that the name removed under sub-section

(2) shall be restored subject to such condition, if any, which the Council may deem fit to impose.
