Section 44: Prohibition on practice except as provided in this Act

The Himachal Pradesh Para-veterinary Council Act, 2010State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2011

(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall practise or hold himself out, whether directly or indirectly, aspracticing habitually for personal gain as a Para-veterinary practitioner within the State.

(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be punishable withimprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousandrupees or with both.
