Section 51: Cognizance of offence

The Himachal Pradesh Para-veterinary Council Act, 2010State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 16 of 2011

(1) No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishableunder this Act except upon a complaint, in writing, made by the Registrar or any other officerauthorized by the Council in this behalf, by a general or special order.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
